Yeah, ED requires a level of patience. Clearly you don't meet the requirements.
ED runs on nearly anything, so instead of system requirements, it should have "level of patience required: high".

Curiously enough, there are one or two other systems in Elite Dangerous. Ones that aren't right next door to long distance systems. Try one of those and you won't get the long range missions.
All Elite missions are boring... All are auto generated grind missions without a soul. No story. No interesting characters. No immersion. No discovery of anything interesting.... Just auto generated sandbox.

I don't agree. Although I wouldn't be opposed to replacing the mission board with a bar like in privateer and freelancer where your avatar can walk around and talk in cinematic scenes etc.
Perhaps you should rephrase your OP as there's really not much to it other than saying that you are leaving.
There are a lot of other missions other than just Pirate ones you know? And also I'm pretty sure there's at least 2 missions in the mission board at a time so if hoy are taking the ones 600,000Ls away then that's on you.

OP, looks like you need to change your attitude a bit. Instead qq about pirates being 600k Ls away think like that: not even 600k Ls distance is safe for you. You want pirate hunting but you lack what it demands. Bounty Hunting is mostly lone and boring job, traversing space in search for tracks. The only blood pressure spikes are from catching the prey and cashing in the bounty. If you can't stomach overwhelming boredom and tedious target approach, consider changing profession.
