Bounties/Interdictions in an Anarchy System

Now I'm really curious. Even if it no longer works, tell us what is was?
The really old way was to accrue fines by stealing mission cargo and let them time out, but that's definitely no longer valid.

There was definitely a time when some Anarchy-owned installations still had trespass zones... violating those trespass zones cops you a bounty even though they are lawless jurisdictions, and also converted those fines to bounties. Whether that mechanism still functions or not, I'm not sure. I know some aspects of Anarchy factions have been tidied up, but I know other aspects are a mess still (and same same for Lawful factions who conquer anarchy-owned facilities; this messes up sometimes. Our faction owns one such facility which is permanently messed up)

You can definitely still get fined by stealing cargo... just unsure if that can still translate to a bounty.

Some personal observed info on the bounties in Anarchy systems. Then I'm trucking in needed supplies and I get attacked by pirates they have a bounty from the controlling Anarchy faction on them and I can cash them in. Same for mission targets of cargo or fetch missions, if you kill them in an Anarchy system the bounty is issued from the controlling Anarchy faction. It's the only way to get the bounty part of the bgs work done. It's not comparable to a non-freedom loving system, but every little bit helps. Most targets are from other factions. The whole thing doesn't make sense with the lawless stuff and so, but I'm not complaining, so long the points go into my buckets.

KWS is kill on sight in all respectable Anarchy systems.

Edit for JManis: So killing my own brothers and sisters and cashing in the bounties for the Anarchy faction gives only positive bgs points? It feels wrong, so wrong.
Mission generated enemies will have a bounty from the system controlling or local jurisdictional faction, regardless of whether it's an anarchy faction or any other government type. I don't think that part of the game-code checks to see if it's appropriate or not.

If I need to restore my reputation from hostile with a controlling anarchy faction I'll often take a couple of assassination missions from a neighbouring system into theirs, just to get the bounties to hand in at a station where they're present but not controlling.

Yesterday the normal "pirates" were back. And I found out that the interdiction makes them wanted. It was a wing of 2 and only the one who interdicted me netted me a bounty. Only 26k, but it's honest work.
