Just as the title says. In time, I hope to strike out to the far edge of the galaxy, but I am having fun just going further & further afield with each trip. I initially traveled around 200ly in search of a q-type anomaly (which I still haven't found, btw. Though I did find some other notable stellar phenomena in that system)
Then, after doing some missions in the neighbourhood, I decided it'd be nice to chase down some reported forms of Lagrange clouds......& that will require a journey of nearly 600ly from my current position. Taking it slow, though, gathering exploration data as I go. Found 2 amazing high-G planets (each close to 2G), one with Silicate Vapour geysers, & one with Iron Magma.
The exploration tools are *so* cool to work with.....even if I see ways in which they could be further improved. The thing I need to decide is, once I reach my current destination, do I return home......or do I push out further still?!?!
