Newcomer / Intro [Brain trees] - resource grade allocation ?

Hi CMDRs,

For engineering I am currently looking at brain trees for raw materials (in other things).
I have understood that different fruits were giving different grades of materials.

My question is : if body has a (mineralogical) grade 4 material listed from planet analysis, then I should find that material (or the highest) in Phloem fruits.
So, are those fruits only appearing on specific areas/locations on a planet/moon, or are they spread randomly at any part of it ?

Question is because, like some Clash stuff I'm asking myself something like "should I stay or should I go", meaning : if I only find Polyporous fruits or so, should I leave for another body location rather than (it seems) loosing time with grade 1 or 2 which I am fully refilled with....

BtW : I have tried the limpet/flak stuff, with coordinates. I did not really liked it. Not so efficient nor pleasing, but even more, where is the pleasure in game then ?
This, obviously, is just my opinion, you may have another one that I respect, but just to say that I am talking about SRV fruit collection only in discovery mode ... " à l'ancienne".

Any experience/insight welcome,

then I should find that material (or the highest) in Phloem fruits.
I think that was so prior Oddy.
Now materials are bound to the "ground" around. And it is not random, but what is more likely at this geological area.
Than I recall it was forum wars, asking to return back what it was, and they changed probabilities of the mats. So you may find randomly other stuff except leading one here.
But can't say more, as I have all full by the laser mining for last 2 years. Even if I spend some, it is refilled in 1 evening.

OK. I confirm @alexzk : Raw materials grades 3 and 4 (from geological standpoint) are located at a given location, not spread randomly on the body.
I found one where there was plenty of Niobium, some Ruthenium and Mercure.
Grabbed 32 Nobium (x3), 8 Ruthenium (x3) and 6 Mercure (x3). So now, I'm fully done with Nobium, weel advanced with Ruthenium and somewhat progressing with Mercure.
I generated a respawn by quitting/re-launching the game and here they were again.
This is important in terms of efficiency strategy, as if at a given location you do not find shortly your target, I think continuing in the area is just a waste of time. So, go back to space and choose another body location.
Example : HR 3240 4 D - those are in a little forest located around 10.1512 / 66.7459 and the close vicinity.
Found that location at third jump.
