Bring MODS to Consoles (XBOX/PlayStation)

It's obvious that they don't allow new species mods, and as I already mentioned in the post above, it's probably about the fear of losing money.

Nevertheless, it would be nice if you would at least allow decorative items, for planet zoo you at least allow blueprints in the steam workshop...

It can't really be a bad thing to allow a bar bench or trash can instead of waiting who knows how long for something like this from the developers, which a talented modder would probably only need a few hours for...
They can't do mod support because its costs a lot in every basic work level possible, and I don't necessarily just mean in a money-spending way. Some developers may do this with some of their respective games because they decide it's worth it, but it's a lot more technical than you think. People who "make better content than us in mods" as you may put it is usually not a bad deal in any way, in fact, it's quite the opposite. At times, it can bring more engagement numbers, and good enough engagement numbers are the key most important thig every developer in the world wants for their games.

But officially allowing mod content in any way, shape or form brings the expectation by other people they are doing mod support, which in and itself is a big workload of a lot of aspects to deal with, and Frontier already confirmed on the forums they can't due to, but not limited to, technical difficulties.

Being able to let community creations be playable on consoles would boost interest in the game and would increase fan support. In many cases mods keep games going long after the game was last supported. One of the best examples of this, and really the classic game for this community, JPOG.
