I don't know if this thing happens with other players, but while changing the appearence of my character using the hologram editor, if I go to the section with the tattoos and go selecting the available eyes tattoos there, there is one specific tattoo that crashes my game every single time. I already used the steam repair tool to repair the archives, but the problem persists.
