Bug - I can see my headless body in the Cockpit

I can see my CMDR's body headless and I can't access my menus properly.
Possibly I triggered it by checking out the ARX Menu, but it returning "can't connect to server, failed to update ARX balance".

Edit: I figured out how it triggers. If you access the ARX shop from Starport Services menu and somehow your connection fails to the server, your headview will get stuck to the right side of the cockpit.

Looks like multi crew mode.

It's a Cobra MkIII, I can't be on a wrong seat.
