Bug - Just started odyssey, cant plot routes. stuck in the blac

Hi all

when servers went down i was on the neutron highway back from colonia

Now the game has updated and there is a new galaxy map.

I have selected fasted route and use jet cone boost selected

In my stars it has all the usual scoopable stars and non sequentials selected.

When i choose my next destination it says route unavailable, however as it is within jump range i have been able to just select and jump to it as a work around.

Whats going on? Please help

Report it as a bug. I logged in yesterday, faced exactly the same issue. Now I'm considering a refund tbh.

I ended up creating a new topic with the same problem before seeing your post.

I went through exactly the same situation.

I managed to continue my journey in Horizons.

I had the same thing when I first loaded live Odyssy, but only via the click and hold to plot route. Once I selected a system and used the button on the right side to plot route, it worked. And then click and hold to plot route also started working.

Ok - fixed this. Seems like if you had a route plotted or something targeted before the update it screws with your route settings. I picked a random star from my cockpit nag menu, jumped and then the galaxy map worked as previous with route planning etc. Hope this helps

At this moment, i fly in horizonts to interesting places and change launcher to Odsy for fly in system because problem with jet boost so awfull

Same issue here - only workaround is switching to Horizons. The new galaxy map/plotter is a mess - not easy to use and a bit broken. I would be happy with a return to the Horizons version.
