Bug with Keeper trapped in a box, any ideas to solve it?

Hi guys!

I have kind of a bug...here it goes:

one of my Peafowl escaped, and I trapped it with the emergency button...while a keeper was at the same spot...with the bad luck that he is now trapped, and it doesnt let me to move the Peafowl back to the habitat or even release it there. I fired the keeper while trying to solve it, but it didnt work...and now as the health of the Peafowl is going down, there are some demos coming and no solution for it...any ideas?

I haven't had a keeper trapped inside of a box but I have had a keeper carry a box out of the main gate.

That eventually corrected itself somehow.

Other situations where the keeper got stuck next to the box was corrected by restarting the game.

Not clear if you only can’t move the box or if you also can’t move the keeper. Try to find the keeper in your staff list and move him through his menu. Or try to see of you can move the animal to the wild or to the trade center working from your animal list.
