Bugged On Foot Conflict Zone

I went to Mizuno Dock Asura on Open Play, enlisted to a Low Intensity Conflict Zone to the ICU faction. The settlement shows clearly that it is on conflict, both on Frontier and Navigation.}

Once I got there with my own ship, no conflict was happening, guards were scanning and patrolling as usual. I went back to the Main Menu and logged back in. Back inside, I was moved back to Mizuno Dock, re-enlisted and got the Frontier deployed Vulture (since my ship was back at the settlement area. The Vulture left me 700m from the Settlement and no conflict zone found again.

amazon server trouble nowt your end imo try again l8tr or a diff system con zone hopefully that is managed on a different server blade
(can happen when a zones conflict has just ended and is in transition to a new state of no war but servers have not cottoned on to that fact yet)
