Built a "large" IND settlement, it ended up being a "medium".

Is this intentional?

Interesting result. There's a clear distinction between small-medium-large settlement types (This here provided 2 T3 credits, while iirc actual medium types offer only 1 T3 credit) by name, is this an error, or everything is as intended?

It's the layout with the large landing pad, so I assume the physical layout is accurate.

Can't double check SC suite right now due to the feature downtime. Appreciate the input! :)

Hi.
I have the same thing. I just finished a large research settlement. The navigation panel says "medium", but I have a proper landing pad for Clipper and I just landed, so I assume it's just a small bug in the settlement description.

Its just words, but yes it looks like the menus have this mixed up.

When you select a Chronos science facility, it calls it a Large Settlement and says you get a medium landing pad.
It will cost one Tier 2 point and reward two Tier 3 points.

When it is actually built it is labeled as a Medium Settlement and you get a Large landing pad.

Yeah I think the "Medium" is just a typo, since settlements are generally small (no +'s), Medium (+) and Large (++) iirc.

Surface settlement sizes are:
- Tiny ()
- Small (+)
- Medium (++)
- Large (+++)
but this covers both Odyssey settlements (which only have three sizes) and Horizons ones (which have four)

A Large Odyssey Settlement (Medium) is bigger than a Medium Odyssey Settlement (Small) is bigger than a Small Odyssey Settlement (Tiny)

In my example above, the exact same settlement is called both Large and Medium. And of course the described pad size is wrong.

I think Frontier needs to print out a huge poster. A big chart: with pictures and words. Put it up on the wall where the developers sit so everybody can see it. And everybody is told to follow this chart. It is a recurring theme that words get mixed up and badly confused within the game.
