Built in AI image and audio generator.

I know it would take a lot of time and development but wouldnt it be cool if there was a built in tool for creating custom audio and images.
Just think of being able to use a simple text prompt to create custom audio and images for your park without ever having to leave the game.

Nothing against your idea, but I read it and smiled... It's absolutely over any possible imagination I could have for this game.

If thinking this a bit further... What about an AI TMTK? It could create new scenery pieces using the existing ones with their tags as basic input for new creations.

Honestly, I wouldn't expect this.

this already exists and i think you are mixing things up a bit too what you are talking is basically AI tools intergrated in most modern video/photo editing softwares. for music this would be either Music production software (called a DAW) or plugins which can generate Audio channels. planet coaster 2 on the other hand is a complete videogames, nothing to do with the very specific types of software i mentioned before. dont think it make much sense for frontier to start learning to code music software dont forget, the ai needs to take its infos from somwhere too. so if there isnt a complete music production software the ai cant use it also wont be able to "generate" anything. i think this would be the same as asking for a music software to have the ability of rendering videoclips. i hope my explanation was kinda understable
id suggest you search youtube for the best AI music tools. ive been using some myself for some months now as im part time music producer

Not everyone has these tools.
There are plenty of websites around that can be used for free if people dont have professional software, so custom images and audio is much more accessable to people without the skills to make their own than it ever has been.
Im also not talking about Frontier creating their own AI.
There are a lot of LLM's available Frontier could partner with and impliment.
Click on a TV screen, click "Generate custom image" Add a small text prompt and keep clicking next untill you have an image you like and then click "Save this image"

Click on a speaker, click "Generate custuom audio" add a small text prompt like "Announcment for park closing at 5.30pm" and click generate untill you have an audio clip you like.

The more i think about it, im not sure how much hardware it would require to generate these locally.
But im sure modern GPU's could handle images without impacting performance at the very least.

Run any AI on your own machine and see how it performs, you are trying to compare home machines with cloud based solutions this almost the same like a game boy to a modern pc.

Text to speech, or any AI Speech still sounds absolutely terrible. Just take a look at a lot of Tik Tok Videos, or even recently Youtube Videos. Doesn't matter if your Hardware can do it or not. To each their own, but i rather not use a text to Speech tool for PC. Also would you make it speak Planco or English? I wouldn't use german as spoken Language in my Parks, even though it is my native language, since it would be too jarring.

the idea of such a feature isnt actually bad. however i think frontier has so much work ahead of them to first actually make the game work and enjoyable for us all. priorities in my opinion over the next 6-12 months should be fixing and building on the games core mechanics and features. and realistically i think even then there are very low chances of frontier giving us these tools. but the idea isnt bad like i said i think this is something that a lot of building and creative games could look into implementing in the future, especially when AI keeps beeing worked on and getting improved

Im just burnt out playing but trying to keep my interest in the game while i wait for updates.
So i have been playing with AI to make custom images and audio in anticipation for the next update and thought if i could do something like this in game, it would be incredible.
I know we can all go and do it outselves using the many, many free AI sites around now.
But having something like that built into the game is raising the bar and adding a feature that hasnt been done before.

Yes, they could. I dabbled with Flux and Stable Diffusion for a while, more on an engine basis than anything. For around 1200 x 1200 picture, it took me around 60-180seconds, while my pc was at its limit, i couldn't watch youtube. You could argue 'but you have just an RTX 3060 +32 GB ram' that is fair. so mabe a 5090 can do a bit more. But i am guessing you end up on 120s while your pc is at its limit.

So take a guess, if modern pcs can do this.

AIs or better PCs aren't built for it to run anything locally, first you need a lot of cloud space or local space think 50-100 GB just for models and so on, if you want decent results. Then you probably need the same amount as VRAM. Yeah good look finding that card.
