Don't see the point of the beluga. If I want to do luxury missions I use my 600ms 40ly orca, bulk missions, an anaconda.
Ok I was curious, so ran the numbers on coriolis:
Type 7 can have around 128 passengers max, while the anaconda gets around 184 passengers in comparison. This is with smallest compartment possible for shields, the smallest cargo rack possible for commodity rewards, and a docking computer (for being lazy).
This means you have 144% of the passengers in the type 7, in an anconda, or a half again on the type 7 numbers. However, for similar builds (d rated), the anaconda costs around 500% of the type 7 price, as in for 1 anaconda, you can buy 5 type 7s.
In conclusion, for someone who finds a place (like rhea) to do bulk passenger missions, you can save a lot of cash, by using a type 7, rather than an anaconda. Assuming linear pricing (as in, each passenger is worth similar), so you get 1.5 times more money per trip, or 1/3 more over the type 7, the type 7 could pay for itself over 3 times (500%/150%), before you pay back your ship, so they'd be at over 200% pure profit before you even start breaking even.
Now that's what you call bang for your buck.
