Can an A rated Cutter sail with two size 3 long range beams without heat/cap problems?

Its A rated and mostly G5 engineered. Was purchased for mining 500 tons of ore, 50 painite and some Bromelite once. Otherwise brand new. It took me 16 hours.

(I don't plan to ever go mining again - it was the pinnacle of tedious and profits, well, I didn't try for profits, just the 500/50/25 count as fast as possible - but even entering the commodities market with very low expectations it was underwhelming.
I spend 5 times that on donation missions in 5 minutes at a new station, than what 14 solid hours of mining bromelite and painite earned... [woah] /sry about the rant
FD: Your profession earnings balancing is the most incompetent I've seen - even though game companies are generally not great at that, you are taking the cake.)


It seems unlikely to run out of power while shooting, with the rest of the guns being multi-cannons. But I'd hate to have to worry about heat.

So far, I got
1x huge G5 overcharged MC gimbaled
4x medium G5 overcharged MC turreted

2x large slots with no turreted MCs in existence to fill them. (huh?, why?)

So

Normally, I'd use small long range beams, for gnats, but the Cutter has no small slots.
 
Enginrered Cutter can nearly do 2 medium long range forever at 2 pips. It can do 2 efficient turreted large beams forever at 2 pips.

I am using 2 large fized efficient beams right now and 4 turreted focus medium pulse.
