Can somebody here help with a ticket I've submitted?

I opened a ticket on the 25th regarding a problem with a transaction on the Frontier store and I haven't heard anything since.

Go to your ticket confirmation email, open your ticket and add a post asking why?.

Tried this morning before I left for work...

So at this juncture I'm going tack this fiasco down to a sloppy rip-off and I shan't be purchasing from the store again.

Genius Frontier.

like most uk business they normally reply within 3 working day period I cant help but think they are not getting your ticket can you screen shot your auto confirmation blanking out sensitive info
try temp disabling firewall /antivirus just before sending your ticket
and compile your ticket using a reset to default internet explorer browser (can be accessed via the 3 . . . top right of Microsoft edge browser)
when ever I have sent a ticket in the past they have always replied, playing since 2014

The site does say that the response time is up to 72 hours - busy with other games and the beta no doubt.

I have been using the Frontier store for over 4.5 years with no issues ( I have spent A LOT of money with them ) - any time I have contacted support about anything they have been extremely helpful.

Can you confirm that you have an acknowledgement email and can you log in to the support site and view your ticket? If no to either of those then something went wrong with your ticket creation (maybe a captcha issue) so you should raise a new ticket.

I can assure you the store is not a rip-off site and suggest that most issues people have with the store are pebkac related.

I understand and I have waited 72 hours. When those allotted hours passed the waiting time has now bumped up to 4 days as seen in the ticket screenshot.

Whether the problem cost me £4.99 or £44.99 I've been jerked around all the same over a transaction because the Frontier servers went. Sorry folks, but this is just not on.

Oh well you will have no trouble getting one of the transactions refunded - they have done that easy enough in the past.

If you go to your ticket - post a reply (I don't have an open ticket so don't remember what the further text input box is called) - chivvy them along.

SOZ was under the impression that you had no response, I did not realize they had replied and you have had to wait an extended period.
agreed about the lame shopping experience due to poor amazon low bandwidth servers, and this has not changed since the game first launched

Got back tonight to find a reply from support had come through, so hopefully it will be sorted soon.

To be sure, the experience has left me jaded towards the whole shopping thing. Doubt I'll be using it again or at least anytime soon. Shame that.

Anyway, thanks for your replies guys. o7

Just an FYI - I discovered tonight that they do still take Paypal for payments. It is listed when you select "New Credit Card" - clicking on the Paypal option takes you through the normal Paypal payment authorisation (not a credit card). So if you use Paypal maybe that would overcome any issues plus of course it is another protection device.

Glad to hear you have got a reply now, hopefully they will sort you out pronto.
