Can someone tell me how this path signs are made?

Hey there,

I searched forever for arrows that are edible signs and can therefore be written upon. I never found them. Or I found only the indianones. Now I watched a youtube video of someones zoo and I have absolutelyno idea how the path signs are made. Can someone help? The guy who talks in the video is not the owner of the zoo, so it probably wouldn't make sense to ask him. He just walks in them.

Thank you! My mistake was to search in wall signs only, as they are hanging in the air and the Indian sign is there as well. Turned out they are in standing signs and a search for arrow doesn't bring them up. Ugh.
