Can someone with 2.3 Beta please...

Hi folks,
can someone with 2.3 Beta access please check the Permit Zones in and near the Orion Molecular Complex, including NGC 2264, if they are still locked?

Can do, once the beta hits. I planned to do this anyway.

Also, what seems to be the problem with the SRV scanner?

Whe 2 different signals appear in the same place, they cancel each other. Sometimes you don't see any wave or you only see one of them. The sounds are still working and you end finding the materials by sound only.

I imagine that by now, not only have many devs lost their pizza and tea privileges, but the Braben has brought also out the Whip.

On a more serious note, it's entirely possible that none of the permit regions will be touched yet, but some might be unlocked once the 2.3 update leaves beta and goes live. To date, Frontier have generally left new mystery stuff out of the betas and only had them appear in the live update. So at best, I'd expect to see that some regions might have their own specific permits now.

Downloading at the mo, but changelog says srv scanner fixed and lightweight sensors plus adv and dss scanner mods to grade 5! Woot!

Just started the beta not long ago. A quick check showed the permit sectors still intact, though I didn't check all of them, just the closest and most notable ones.

And the sky opened and a ray of light descended upon us...
Those are great news. I think I will go back to bubble to get that mod to make my edge trip less cumbersome. A few ly here and there can make a big difference in the amount of materials I will spend. Good luck I am only at less than a month since I started and I can start again without much worries :)

Checked that just an hour ago, Orion area is still locked as it is in live. (NGC 2264 has always been unlocked, but it is within Col 97 Sector, which IS locked)
