Can Steam Workshop items work on Origin?

I happen to have the planet coaster game on origin. There are many steam workshop items I would love to incorporate in my park. I want to know if it is possible for steam workshop items to work on a game of origin. And if so, how do I install it. In what folders or in what files should the steam workshop files be placed? Or do I have to buy the game on steam in order for them to work?

I guess no, as Planet Coaster was (as far as I know) never released on Origin.

You would have to play through Steam in order to use the Steam workshop items. When you have a Steam account every blueprint you click on is added in-game and if you're on another platform what you subscribe, it won't be.
