Can`t connect to the Frontier servers why?

I'm trying to link my Steam account with my Frontier account as it doesn't recognise me, it says "forbidden". Also says I need to purchase Elite Dangerous

Just Changed my Portnumber to 5200 with Ethernet and restartet and now i am in.

I was reading a thread this morning saying the port no. was 5100.
