This is already confirmed and u can see it in the trailers and the gameplay they realed of the official planet zoo yt channel

Planet Zoo utilizes the same style Piece by Piece building system introduced in Planet Coaster. As such, you are able to create about anything you can imagine. It is very easy to create custom buildings, place guest paths and benchs/tables inside, and locate it near the corresponding animal exhibit so that the animals can be viewed from the eating area.

And to avoid your Lion getting stressed, you can build your exhibit with one-way glass; so your guests can peek in but your Lion can eat in peace!

Some zoo have enclosure/exhibit where the visitor /guest can dine and see/watching the animal while they eating at the restaurant.
