Can we play it on gtx 650 ti

I would not count on it depends on the resolution you are playing but you dont mentoined so how should we know? 1080p on low at max. 720p highish

I did not pre ordered this game but I need to know weather I can run it on my pc or not with above config....
 
Wow just wow i just told it to you. And you still dont said on what res u want to play. Get a better gpu and maybe another 8gb of ram.
 
Not planet Zoo but I'm running ED on a 35" Acer Z35P Predator curved monitor at 3440X1440 using a 5 year old GTX 680 graphics card with no issues. I would go with at least 16Gb of Ram to start. Your i7 processor should be OK. Many do well with a 1070 graphics card and it is less than half the cost of the latest greatest 2080 Ti cards.

What computer will you need to play Frontier games five years from now? Frontier is not telling.

You can probably run it, but it may not look pretty, and it may not handle the load well once you start getting a big zoo. You could buy the deluxe version now, and try out the beta for the next week and refund it after that if you don't feel its running ok. Just bear in mind that the beta isn't fully optimised yet so some improvements will happen before release.
 
I reckon you probably can. I'm manageing on a laptop with no GPU at all, apart from the integrated. Bit slow on high and I don't get the full coat textures, but good enough for me for now.

I've got 16GB of ram and a gtx 650 and can run Planet Zoo. It's just that all the graphics settings are on low, but the game still looks quite amazing.
I do have a problem where the game won't save any progress (saving in career mode crashes the game, franchise mode says it can't save and my avatar craetion is never remembered), but I'm not sure if those are related to hardware and are also beta glitches that I expect will be fixed later on
