There is no limit, we would've heard it by now.

Dinosaur population is just a way of saying the ammount of dinosuars you have in the park

Hmmm we are able to sell dinos...Hmm sounds like a alternative to solve in-case-off-breading-catastrophe-too-control-the-population... Yes i know that this have been confirmed that Frontier ain't gonna add that to the game... But who the hell know's xD! Could be an easter egg
