Can you call a ship to an on foot location such as prison/outpost/station

Ok, another spell in the cooler is over and I wondered is there a way to call one of my ships to come and pick me up from

a) the slammer
b) an outpost
c) a station

Or do I have to pay for another APEX to deliver me back to a location where I do have a ship ?

I know you can recall your shop at an odyssey base, if you traveled to that base in the ship, but here I was dropped off by the feds or traveled by APEX to the current location.

How would i do this, I could not find any link to ships on menus in the terminal when in an outpost or station ? Is it only available through the (disabled in stations) command wheel ?

well from a station you can talk to the guy that sells ships.
