Horizons Can you pay other commanders?

Let's say there's a space trucker with a ship full of valuable cargo, but he's vulnerable to attacks. He ask's me if I can wing up and escort him with my fighter to keep him somewhat safe. If we make it to port, he will earn lots. But I would have earned nothing on the tripp. I would actually lose money due to refuel.

So I wonder, is there a way so you can pay other commanders for their service?

You get 5% in trade vouchers from anything he earns (he loses nothing, so win - win ), and he can drop some expensive cargo for you as payment. Direct cash transfer is not possible, most likely due to real money trade.

Only real MMOs have direct cash transfer. There, I said it.

I'm fed up with this "real money trade" argument.
We're not in 2005 and gold farmers or credit sellers are not going to ruin anything.

Or someone show me a game ruined by these activities.

Besides people complaining on the forums about "chat spam", what else?

If you do wing up with somebody, and you then are attacked, the bounty is shared evenly (between all wingmen who actively fight the attacker).
