Just unlocked Kit, I felt like throwing my PC out the window as the 40th opinion poll took me 19 runs to get. Lets hope these smear campaigns are not a nightmare to obtain once they put them in the game.

I have a bad feeling that after Smear Campaigns are added her Unlock requirement will be revealed as Propaganda, since I just sold all mine in the vain hope it would work to reveal her location ...
I hope that grind was worth it, were you after faster shield regen? I've not grinded once for them and I'm sat on almost 30. My guess is smears won't be in the game before I hit 40.
PS I'm not defending anything by saying this, just not sure why some are in such a rush to unlock a guy who refers a broken engineer and only offers one mod as an exclusive.
My intention was to get them naturally, but I only found one after a whole week. It would take to long and I'm after quiet step and audio masking.
Shield regen is not exclusive. Uma Laszlo offers both stowed reload and shield regen. If someone focus on collecting Opinion Polls this can be done in 16-32 hours gameplay depending on the RNG.
Obi-Wan Kitobe offers no exclusives. Uma Thurman offers Faster Shield Regen too.

Yea, i just checked, i also sold all my Propaganda, Campaign Plans and Exploration Journals that i was keeping... just in case.

I'm standing on 13 Opinion Polls - playing more or less naturally.
As in: I got like 3 or 4 while relogging at a touristic settlement where i had a mission to pick some "political" data from a Hab data point (that was random at every relog) and never got that political stuff and eventually i had to abandon the mission.
