Horizons Cannot access Beta after purchase/download.

Subsequent to purchase/download of 2.2 Beta, I have been unable to access the Beta version. The download created a new launcher icon which I used to start the game but what loaded was the 2.1.05 version.

I started the game with the previous launcher, same results, no Beta. I run my original game through Steam.

I've created a support ticket but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue. I have a suspicion that Steam and the new download aren't playing nice. There is no Beta activation key to link to Steam or maybe I just missed something.

Any clarifications would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm, try opening your steam folder, usually something like:
D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common

And find the frontier folder to open the launcher exe manually. I don't use steam so can't help too much, usually support will have the answer...
