Cannot connect after isp switch.

I recently switched my service provider from BT to EE and now I cannot connect to the Frontier servers. Anyone got any idea as to what's going on?

try loggin out of the launcher itself reboot
then try loggin in again

New modem/router? Checked for router firewall settings etc? Set up NAT for the game? Basically is it the ISP or new router that's the issue?
