I cannot find Advanced Docking Computers or even Standard Docking Computers at Li Qing Jao or Mars High as mentioned in where to buy in the Sol system.

store all your modules.

Sell your ship hull. Buy a new ship hull with ADC. Don't all new ships come with one?

The "ADS" is no longer available, it's been installed as a permanent mod on everyone's ship. What you may now install is a new and improved DSS. It requires a trigger just as the ADS did, but fires probes and a planet instead, if and when one is in the new analysis mode. Setting all the scanner's (3) to your second trigger except the DSS for example allow still allows one to "HONK". Though the payout has been nerfed a bit, it still works.
