Cannot purchase carrier. Error code Black Adder

Hey All,

Maybe this has already been mentioned but won't let me purchase carrier.
I finally made it to Alcor. Attempted to reload half a dozen times.
Finally made it in and docked in station.. Even made it to purchase fleet carrier screen.

Then purchase failed.. something went wrong... code black adder.. and kicked to dashboard.
Carried out 6 attempts now. All end the same way, back to dashboard.

Any ideas?

I got it to work guys. I just gave it like a dozen attempts... not ideal but it finally worked. In solo btw

Yeah I see webrequest error 403 in log files when I try and purchase a carrier.

Just wanted to note that syncing game files did not work either. Still the same.

Multiple systems trying to buy, in solo, not naming it, same issue.

This happened to me during the launch day. Quite a few people were getting it. We didn't get any official word. But it seems to be tied to too many carriers in the system. Especially since ALL carriers are logged no matter what platform you are on.

You can either keep trying to purchase one until it sticks? Or try again tomorrow. I gave up trying on the first day after periodically checking for a couple hours. Then tried to purchase one the next day in the morning and had no issues.
