cannot retrieve/load comander data

Does anyone else have this problem?

With my second ED account I can login but not with my main account.

The problem persists. I've tried another version: Horizons. Same problem.
My other two accounts connect without any problem.

I've contacted support, but with the trailblazers release and the Weekend, I'm not optimistic.
Any ideas?

PS: I've checked the files on steam: no problems there.

I did so too. Same issues. A login with other accounts can be made without any problems and I also validated the files. I bet it has something to do with the
stations I have set up in two systems.

Same here. The launcher launches the game. But do not see my ship in the hanger on screen screen, only the old horizons screen. Connection fails when entering the game as there is no cmdr data. Ticket posted.
@moonsword I had just successfully set up a station also!

Try using the stuck recovery option off off the main menu.

if you were docked on a system colonisation ship when it jumped and shortly after de-spawned, then that could be the cause. The Stuck Recovery will fix that.

I tried it and worked for me. Though it could also be that the Frontier support manged it in the meantime or it is because of your hint.
I was not docked but worked.
