I apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and would like to reiterate CMDR STRONTIUM DOG's points and hopefully, this matter will alleviate as the pressure on the servers slowly releases.

Unfortunately we do not have a specific time frame for this matter as it is due to player usage but we are looking into perfoming a few things our end to help!

That man and Frontier Insulted us when they are only 5500 players in total that play this game. It is disgusting and the people at frontier should be ashamed of themselves on accusing the customer without evidence.
