Cant Connect to Frontier Servers

to whom it may concern,
recently got this game and i cannot connect to the frontier servers at all. how do i fix this i have the xbox series x. Says my game may have been suspended.

Edit: Disregard this, didn't see that I was in the xbox forum. My posted solution only works on PC.
