Can't find a fleet carrier?

I mined large amounts of Tritium and used the 3rd party website "Inara" to find out where to sell it for best value, it says the highest price is on a fleet carrier "T.S.C Pantheon" in the Alcor system.

I went to that system but under all listed carriers there isn't a single one with that name. Am I missing something?
