Horizons Can't find my ship Help!!!!

Hi docked my ship in hanger and took the buggy out. On return can't find my ship.

request docking from the srv, left hand channel like you do it with a ship. it will navigate you to the hangar. boarding the hangar you'll be back in your ship.

and no, it isn't obvious. been there myself.

This one probably doesn't apply to your circumstances, but I'll put it in so that the search will find it under "cant find ship":

If you see a distance number instead of "recall ship" on the panel where you dismiss/recall it, you have to drive the SRV away from the station that distance before you can recall your ship.

At least now in 2.1 you can pull your SRV into the "Nearest" garage/bay to enable the BOARD SHIP options. In 2.0 you had to drive to a specific one and that could get confusing if you were not familiar with the layout of a particular base.
