Can't find 'Points of Interest' on Planetary Map anymore

I may be loosing my mind, but I'm sure that I have had POIs displayed on the planetary view from the system map. They seem to be gone for me. Is there a toggle or setting I'm missing? I'm scanning the planets with a surface scanner and POIs do appear on my locations panel. I'm playing on PS5.

you misremember or i get you wrong.
POIs like Shipwrecks, geo locations etc. do not show on the planet itself from system map.
surface ports or non-dockables do.
there is a textline like human: (5) though in system map above planet details like radius, temperature...

Okay, Thanks! I must have been seeing ports and assumed it was everything. I'm way out of the bubble there aren't any human settlements to reference.

I'm at a guardian site in SYNEUEFE and the planet says Guardian [1] , Human [3] for "NOTABLE SIGNALS'. However, even though I mapped the planet, still no indication of the human signal locations. The only signal location is the Guardian Structure.

Oh nevermind I think it's 3 fleet carriers being counted but that's dumb they are orbiting, not on the planet surface.

Fleet Carriers and non-dockable orbital structures that aren't outposts or stations count as human signals. Things like Megaships in orbit around the planet for instance count as a human signal, but an Orbis space station in orbit around the same planet doesn't, it's peculiar sometimes what counts and what doesn't, but once you get used to it they are easy to figure out.

Should also add, some conflict zones also show a human signal if they are in an orbital relationship to the planet.
