I hope I can at least get an idea of why this is happening. Me and my buddy have been playing the game for the last week or so and have really been enjoying it. Things were good until he had to ask for a name change. after putting in a ticket and getting it changed, we have not been able to meet up with each other. we can be in the same area, but all we see of each other are our team triangles. we cant see each others ships. we are both on Odyssey and were able to play fine with each other before the change.
He has sent in a ticket, but I wanted to see if there is anything else we could try. I am able to instance with other people just fine. if there is any information that anyone can give us, We would be highly appreciative.
