Sounds like a good bug!
I'm assuming you've landed at other engineer stations already and if that worked.... Then it's a sure sign of a bug.
Try rebooting both the ps4 and the game?

Also you might try jumping out of the system and back in.
you are targeting her location not a private installation run by rival groups... and you did full fill the other requirements...
Attain a maximum distance from your career start location of at least 300 light years...
You have done that then logged out fully before landing right.. just checking short cuts don't work...
Its distance from not total distance jumped...

OK, make sure you've got her stn targeted.
I'm only 5 jumps from Kuhn, if that doesn't work for you, I'll bop buy to see if it's a bug.

Yeah that's the thing as I received her message and bookmarked the location she told me to go to but upon approaching the station becomes un-dockable, as in it goes from a solid circle outline to a dotted one. I also have just over 24000 LY's logged, It's just took me a while to actually visit her

Longsight base as I recall has an easy approach. I just hated doing it when it was dark.

The dotted circle just means that the base is obscured by the horizon or its on the other side of the planet. If it's obscured a different approach is required to get it to solid.
Yeah I've lost count how many planetary landings I've done now and It's second nature to me, but this is just not allowing me to approach and dock at all.

But this is a solid circle until it forces me out of orbit around 650mm away then it goes dotted, and I can't get closer or dock.Post her engineer screen and the distance to her base screen shot. if you have the 300lyr flag ticked and for some reason your not on the other side of the planet then its a bug but dotted circle as posted means your to far from the base or on the wrong side of planet/moon ... did you get the required items as well in cargo hold to avoid second trip... Provide 3 units of Soontill Relics.
That's the thing, I only got a message in game asking me to visit her and no other information.
It will be on her engineer screen Fdev will want you to read it...

If your account never flagged the distance of a system you visited being more than 300Lys from the start system you spawned at when starting the game then youll have to contact support...
As it seams that that flag is not working... and you can't land...

I'm sorry Cmdr, Elvira just doesn't seem to have taken a shine to you. There's no reason why you would be denied landing permission, even without an invite. No doubt you've got a bug. Double check that you haven't accidentally removed the planetary landing suite. Other than that, wait it out until after Thursdays system shut down.
Yep you can manual land but with out the correct tags you can't enter the docking bay...
