Can't launch the game because i need to purchase it (i did it)

I just get the game on steam and when I started the launcher, i needed to create a new account. I did it and when i try to login, i need to check my mails for a code and when i put this code, i have a message "Purchase/redeem Elite Dangerous to continue"...

What can i do ?

When i try to link my steam account i have this magnificent error 403 forbidden message. Cool

It seem that this forbidden message linked my account...

So now i can play.

(Please fix your web app / API because i encountered some forbidden and 500 errors when i trid to login with Frontier or Steam accounts and when i linked them)
