Can't launch the game

Since Update 1, i can't launch the game..
Steam connexion doesn't worked because when i did it with email verification's code, a red text appear " Please redeem Elite dangerous to continue".
I'm not alone with this bug, some people have it.

Currently experiencing the same issue. Screenshot would be identical, I am unable to log in to the Elite: Dangerous Launcher with Steam, and using my Frontier account credentials to log in prompts "Please Redeem Elite: Dangerous to Continue"

dm06, I am admittedly quite new around here, but tried to look up how to report bugs properly, and haven't figured it out yet; would you mind helping direct me that way?

Here's what worked for me:

1. Close down Steam
2. Manually start EDLaunch.exe, try logging in, get the same error
3. Close EDLaunch again, restart Steam
4. Now you can log in!

Oh, no, this game is broke as hell. I was thanking the former commanders for helping me find the damn issue tracker.

cant even ask for a refund now.

i have tried this multiple times , have currently 24 verification email due to login . still nothing resolved.

This game is an ambitious mess. I've been playing for most of this month since I started, and I recommend giving it a second chance to stabilize in... a few months.... Frustrating, yes. Worth it? That depends if you want to experience ALL the joys of piloting a complex spacecraft sold by John Deere. It's worth it for me to be patient.
