Can't log into game

Hi there,

I am a bit on wits end - support seems to be unable to help me (they answered me once with standard tip and didn't react since)
Problem is - I can't log into the game.

I translated the following messages from german - so maybe in english the exact messages are different.
First error I get is
"Login error
The game could not connect to the authentication server. Check your internet connection and try again in a moment"

After clicking "OK" I get a second one
"Double registration
You have been logged out of the game because your account is currently unavailable.
Please try again shortly"

This happens since weeks.

I own the game on steam. Login with the steam account or with the frontier account both lead to the launcher and behave the same.

Stuff I already tried
I checked the version, looked for updates
I allowed all binaries to pass the firewall
I even disabled the firewall for testing purposes
I excluded the game directory from antivirus
I checked the file integrity with steam
I ckecked the file integrity using the launcher. It downloads Manifest and installes something. Generation of the planetary system need more time afterwards - but errors stay the same
I reinstalled the game

Launcher shows Server status as good
"Lancher"-Version is 1.7972.1 (1.76926.10 Server) FD
Game version is "Elite Dangerous: Horizons (FORO-FDEV-DO-38-IN-40)

OS is Windows 11.

Any help is much appreciated.

New to me too. Maybe try unlinking your Steam account to simplify things (https://user.frontierstore.net/user/info) and then see what happens if you launch from the Frontier launcher? You can always relink again from the same URL.

PS did you change anything before the problem started occurring? Add the Steam account, set up an alt ..?

Try turning on IPv6 and disabling IPv4 in the network settings in game. I had to do that for a adjudicator server connection error (sidewinder) and it works. I'm in Oceania.
