Can't log into Steam

I can't log into Steam, I enter the correct password and it says to try again. I can't play Planet Coaster unless I log in. If I try to reset password I have to do a Captcha and it fails after giving me so many puzzles to solve. What do I do? And, I'm still on Win 8.1. Is that the reason it won't log in? Do I need to upgrade to Win 10 to play Planet Coaster again?

I need a way to contact Steam without logging in. It's the only way I can get Planet Coaster running. I have another computer I can try.

Steam stopped support for Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 on the 1st of January 2024:

Does that mean Planet Coaster won't load until I upgrade to Win 10? But it won't even log in on our iphone. Sounds like a website issue.
