Had a mishap when launching from Elvira Martuuk after visiting the Engineer - Left it in reverse!
Picked up a fine which appears in my Transaction file. Tried to pay in 'contacts' on another station but was not listed there. Went back to Elvira Martuuk but the contacts section is 'red' unavailable.
How do I pay the fine?
