Can't rank up

I managed to rank up one rank of the federation rank today, from Lieutenant to Lieutenant Commander but ever since then my current rank doesn't show up in my ranks anymore. Also it keeps saying 100%(no rank) and I don't get any further rankup missions. I already restarted the game, restarted steam and restarted my pc but no change so far.
PS: This issue is in Horizons, not Odyssey

I'm getting this issue as well. Prior to yesterday when I first noticed it I was currently around 34% / 56% on each rank respectively and having done quite a few missions to increase my Empire percentage in recent days I know this bug has only just appeared. However, it has not appeared after gaining a rank like yourself and dare I say it, it's only been evident since the recent updates. Also, my Inara account is not showing what ranks I am actually at, for example, Lieutenant for Federation & Count for Empire.

I have same issue, in Horizons, no odyssey bought. It seems to me very well that Frontier are trying to fix Odyssey so that it works well for them, but it seems fatal to me that to achieve it they break Horizons.

same heresy kept doing the missions then i got the message to do the imperial mission ,did that and the massage came up that i was promoted, the new rank showed in the message.on xbox here

Must have completed 15+ Thargoid missions without an inch of movement on progress...

I was Ensign in Federation and Squire on the Empire handing at that moment several missions for the Federation. When i checked my ranks i saw that I am Admiral of the Federation and Viscount on the Empire with 100% to the next level. But because is a bug (I reckon) didn´t unlock any ship or permits and now they are unaccesible for me.
I am a Horizons player with no Odyssey.

Update: in my Inara profile I show as Admiral and Viscount, and in the logs you see that i got both titles simultaneously but there is no log of getting the previous ranks.

i logged out of Odyssey and into horizons to complete the promotion missions and it must have shaken the tree because i am able to rank up now.

My ranks have been fixed, don't know if it's the same for everyone else?

A couple of days ago I submitted a request to the issue tracker where I explained the problem and uploaded all my journals from the day before the ranks bugged out. Today the ranks were back to normal.

I actually got Demoted. I was King and Rear Admiral 2 days ago (finished up my grinds). Woke up yesterday and I'm Baron and Cadet.. I'm so frustrated right now lol. I sent in a ticket yesterday morning and have yet to get a response.
