Supposed to sell 8 rare goods to Daramo for weekly powerplay assignment. None show in the commodities market and the black market contact lists them all as illegal. Selling on black market isn't counting towards assignment progress. Same at other stations I checked in system, logging didn't help. Bugged?
Daramo's controlling faction is currently in Famine, which may affect the legalities of various commodities.
You could try a non-food rare, or selling at a station not controlled by that faction (you say you tried others but you may have got unlucky and they were all controlled by TEABC - try Birkeland Dock or Archimedes Enterprise if you haven't already)

Banning food during a famine doesn't really make sense to me but ok.
Come on by, I'll be collecting escape pods. You'll be the first CMDR I've ever seen in Horizons 4.0.
Edit: Welp, turns out merits for escape pods was turned off. All this crap being turned completely off is nonsense, just turn it to 1 merit until you can figure out how to balance it.
