Can't start building new stations after finishing the first one?

Did not rename my station. In fact, did not even the ability to do it. As soon the station was constructed, I lost all architect rights on the system.
So now I have a system where.. I am not architect. It's like an independant system with a new station.

My issues got fixed with the previous patch (last week?). So my architect status was restored and I’m now back to developing my system. I haven’t tried to colonise a second system.
