Cant use sessions log and Archive in the Codex ( Commander tap )

Hello, need Help.
In the Codex. My Sessions log, and Archive is Red. I Cant click on it.
Using a Pc, Installed the Game via Steam.

It's just a display log, you're not supposed to interact with it.

But the problem is that i cant even click on it. Session log and Archive is Red. it dosnt open and it dont Display anything.
In Youtube Videos people click on it and it Displays all kind of Informations.

I have the same problem on the PS4, it was working but since a recent update has also gone red and become inaccessible. It's frustrating as i can now no longer see what generation ships i've visited or logs i've downloaded. hope this gets fixed soon.

Many people realy don't read release notes and known issues do they...
Was stated as disabled in update notes...

pc horizons having similar probs with codex there no worth bothering with,it will be sorted out seems to work in od though btw
