Dam we forgot to photoshop the string out.
I've actually tried in vain to get the writing legible enough to read, but no joy. I think it's tourist information myself, though he'll be waiting a while for gift shop to open.
About the recipe which includes Wendsleydale cheese... here's a site you might find interesting "food and stuff". I'd go for the Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese, Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup myself.
