I'm playing on the Playstation 4 version, which the capture mode isn't working properly on the Washington State map, where I can't seem to lower the camera any lower than the top of the fences.

Yep, i tried to go underwater into the lagoon with capture mode on Washington State, didn't work (playing on PC)
Like I want to get super good shots from below my dinosaurs, like why is it the Washington map that's all weird.
