Carnotaurus camouflage

In The Lost World novel and arcade game, Carnotaurus had the ability to camouflage. The Secrets of Dr. Wu DLC includes Cuttlefish genome for Indominus Rex.

The next update should have that genome available for Carnotaurus as a homage.

In the first book there was a Velocirraptor ("Clarence") that could change the colour of his skin.*
Should this gene be an option for Velocirraptor, as well?

*given the context, I think that in the novel canon only male raptors can do it, yet not for camouflage purposes (like chameleons)

Frankly I don't understand why people are so obsessed with this... it wouldn't be any different from the Indominus; its skin would change color--probably green when in the trees--but that's about it... it doesn't do anything practical... seems pretty pointless if you ask me...

You could say it's more about the homage to the book and recognition of it than an actual addiction to the game.
Basically, it's comparable to why some others want to have the skins of Jurassic World's Velociraptor skins.

It's nice to have but not really necessary.

Jurassic World Evolution follows the Jurassic World movie franchise. Currently camouflage is unique to the Indominus Rex in Jurassic World so there are no current plans to deviate away from that.

I just realized something. The Indoraptor was created from the DNA of Indominus Rex. Why isn't the Cuttlefish genome available for the Indoraptor?

My headcanon is that Dr. Wu made some changes to the genome and may have removed the Cuttlefish DNA as he was making the Indominus Rex.
