sorry, I couldn’t resist! it looks very nice. Almost exactly like the “exploration” fleet carrier concept that was originally touted, which is appropriate!

This the one I donated Tritium to, before they plugged the exploits.

I really don't have any problem giving Frontier money for cosmetics.
Didn't pay any real money for the game since purchasing Horizons in 2015, including the carrier.

They did market the carriers to the most enthusiastic players, and therefore the most likely cosmetics customers. And, they had the cosmetics ready at launch.

My bet is this is just the first wave. Can't wait for Midnight Black paint job, Southern Belle ATC, Battlestar Galactica like model.

When all's said and done I don't mind dibbing in to add some extra colour to everyone's playing experience, even if very few get to see it.

I would pay twice as much for an ATC that was Southern Belle. e.g. the Tet controller voice in the movie "Oblivion"

This takes me back to the days of Colony Wars Vengence and that one Navy Battle Ship that had the Commanding officer with a Southern Belle accent.

She sounded so sweet, voice acting for that game was really top notch.
